At Viu More we want you to make the most of our solutions. To achieve this, we need insight into your behavior while using our solutions. Nevertheless, your privacy and the security of your personal data are extremely important to us. In this policy we want to explain how we collect, store, share and use your personal information and give insight into the choices you have in managing your personal data.

We strive to protect your privacy, and to treat your information in an open and transparent manner.

This policy applies to all Viu More products and services (described here as "Viu More solutions"). The terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Viu More solutions are described in our End User License Agreement.

When we refer to "our website" or "this website" in this policy, we mean the specific websites that start with "viumore.com" and "augmentedsupport.solutions".

This privacy policy also contains information about sharing your personal data with third parties (such as our service providers).

If we develop new solutions or offer additional solutions and these involve a change in the way we collect or process your personal data, we will provide you with more information and additional terms or policies. This policy also applies to those new or additional solutions, unless otherwise stated when they are introduced.

The purpose of this Policy is:

  • Ensure that you understand what personal information we collect from you, why we collect and use this information and with whom we share the data;
  • Explaining how we use the personal information you share with us to provide you with an optimal experience when using our solutions; and

Article 3. - How do we process your personal data?

We collect your personal information:

  • When registering as a user: when you are created as a user, we collect certain personal data so that you can use the Viu More solutions, such as your name, first name and e-mail address.
  • When using the Viu More solutions, we collect information, such as location data, photos, videos, and documents (plans, diagrams, instructions, manuals, ...) related to your professional tasks. It is important to note that the company that has signed the cooperation contract with Viu More NV and for which the user is working at that moment, the owner is of these data. By approving this privacy statement, you expressly consent to the employer is the owner of the data.

We use anonymized and aggregated data for various purposes, such as testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, creating marketing and promotion models, improving Viu More solutions and developing new facilities and functions.

Article 4. - What personal information do we collect?

Personal data collected when you are created as a user:

User registration data:

This is the personal data necessary to be able to log in and use the Viu More solutions. This includes your name, first name and e-mail address.

Personal data collected through your use of the Viu More solutions:

These are the personal data collected about you when you use the Viu More solutions, such as:

  • Information about your interactions with the Viu More solutions, such as the date, time and duration of your video calls and your interactions with other users
  • Your photos, videos and documents. These are the property of the employer you are currently working for and who has signed a cooperation contract with Viu More NV. Viu More only has access to the metadata of the images, videos and documents that you share. We will never scan or import your photo and video library and documents
  • Your precise mobile device location. This allows us to access your GPS or Bluetooth to provide location-based functions in the Viu More solutions. Your IP address is not covered here
  • Technical data such as app failure logs, cookie data, IP address, the type of devices you use to access or connect to the Viu More solutions, unique device IDs, device features, type of network connection (wifi, 3G, 4G, LTE, etc.) and provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, information for Digital Rights Management, operating system and the Viu More-app version.

Article 6. - To whom we put your personal details available?

The following personal data will always (whether only within your personal company environment or group to which you have been assigned) be available in the Viu More solutions: your name and profile picture.

Personal data that you can share:

The following personal data will only be shared with the people within the company environment or group to which you have been assigned: photos, videos or documents that you have shared within the Viu More solutions. Sharing this data is necessary for the proper use of the Viu More solutions.

Information we can share:

  • To service providers and others: we use technical service providers who can manage the technical infrastructure we need for the Viu More solutions, particular providers that host, store, manage and store the Viu More app and the web portal, its content and the data we process. We use these technical service providers to help ensure the proper functioning of the Viu More solutions.
  • Academic researchers: we share your personal data for statistical analysis and academic research, but only in a pseudonymized format

In this situation, Viu More will continue to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and to notify you before your personal information is passed on to the buyer or be subjected to a different privacy policy
  • Website: our website has blogs and other social media applications or services that make it possible to share content with other users (collectively named as "Social Media Applications"). Important: everything from personal data that you contribute to these Social Media Applications can be read, collected and used by other users of the application. We have little or no control over these other users and therefore we cannot guarantee that any information you share through these Social Media Applications will be treated in accordance with this privacy statement.

Article 7 - Retention and deletion of data

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Viu More solutions and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as keeping the Viu More solutions up and running, taking data-based business decisions about new features and possibilities, meeting our legal requirements obligations and settlement of disputes.

We keep your account information as long as you are a user of the Viu More solutions. Photos, videos and documents that you share via the Viu More solutions are retained for the employer as this includes the purpose of the application.

Note! If you ask to delete user uegistration data, this means that we may have to delete the account.

The request to delete photos, videos and documents can only be made by the legal representative of the company (or his replacement) who has signed the cooperation contract with Viu More. After all, the company owns these photos, videos and documents.

Article 8. - Transfer to other countries

Some recipients of your personal data, as indicated above, could be based in countries outside the European Union or countries not yet recognized by the EU. to provide adequate data security, where legislation may not provide the same level of data protection. In such cases, we will ensure that appropriate protection is provided to protect your personal data, so that these recipients comply with our legal obligations.

Article 9. - Security of your personal information

We protect the personal data of our users as good as possible. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. We have taken various policy measures, including pseudonymization, encryption, access and retention measures, to protect against unauthorized access to and unnecessary storage of personal data in our systems.

Your password protects your user account. We therefore recommend that you use a unique and strong password, restrict access to your computer and browser and log off after using Viu More solutions.

Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal data, the transfer of data over the internet (including via e-mail) is never completely secure. We strive to protect personal data, but we cannot fully guarantee the security of data that was transferred to us or through us via the internet.

Article 10. – Children

The Viu More solutions are not intended for children under the age of 18. Persons under the age of 18 must not use the Viu More solutions and provide us no personal data.

If we find that we have collected the personal information of a child under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to remove the personal data. This means that we may have to remove the account for that child.

Article 11. - Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be subject of change.

If any substantial changes are made to this policy, we will make it clear, as appropriate under the circumstances, for example by showing a prominent notification in the Viu More app or by sending you an e-mail. Be sure to read this notice carefully.

We will also update the revision date at the top of this page. The new, modified privacy statement will apply from that date. Therefore, we encourage you to reread this statement from time to time, to keep you informed of how we protect your information.
